MY APPROACH

Holistic nutrition involves the support and connections of the whole body, mind and spirit. I will look into your eating habits, lifestyle, wellness, sleep patterns & stress levels. I will introduce you to a plant-based, nutrient dense recipe guide to contribute to balancing your hormones, regulating your mood, eliminating toxins, increasing energy, reducing inflammation, managing weight, feeling alert and a new lust for life!

I will introduce a variety of colorful, whole foods that are organic, nutritious and delicious and affordable! I will work within your budget and requests for your health concerns. I have adapted a plant-based lifestyle for over 12 years, gaining extensive personal experience and have enjoyed sharing my recipes with friends, family, clients and coworkers. Through my nutrition education, I gained a very deep understanding of its potential benefits for health and well-being. I am compassionate about eating clean and cooking cruelty free food. I come from a place of peace and kindness towards all living beings.

I found a love for the kitchen many years ago and I am excited to share my education and passion for nutrition with you! I love creating customized meal plans to support your health and well-being and to teach you how to enjoy the kitchen. Eating healthy can be fun and delicious too!
